校园篮球赛是上海美达菲学校的传统赛事。这项活动不仅营造了健康积极的校园环境，丰富了同学们的课外活动，使大家在学习之余，能够积极地投入到体育运动中去，更促进了全校同学间的交流。不同班级和年级的同学组成一个个小分队，在竞争中切磋篮球技艺，相互协助，共同进步。因此，在体育部部长高俊杰的倡议和规划下，学生会各部门与全校同学积极配合，举办了为期一周的秋季校园篮球赛。

The campus basketball game is one of the traditional annual events of Shanghai MacDuffie. This activity not only creates a healthy and positive campus environment but also enriches the students' extracurricular activities. Furthermore, students from different classes and grades are encouraged to participate in this event. In this process, they can improve their basketball skills by competing and cooperating with others. Therefore, under the Sports Department Head Gao Junjie's initiative and planning, the Student Union actively collaborated with all the students to hold this campus basketball game in this week.

上海美达菲2020秋季校园篮球赛

通过宣传部全校范围内的宣传活动，同学们踊跃报名，共组成了三个小队，由杨同学、郭同学和燕同学分别作为1队、2队和3队的队长，带领各自的队伍进行分组对抗。

Through the school-wide publicity activities of the Publicity Department, students enthusiastically signed up and formed three teams. Three students, Yang Muchuan, Guo Yibo, and Yan Liyao, were the captains of Team 1, Team 2, and Team 3, leading their teams respectively.

为了保持比赛的公平公正及趣味性，本次校园篮球赛采用了循环积分制。初赛时，队伍间轮番比赛，赢得比赛的一队获得积分。初赛分为三轮，**轮为2队与3队进行比赛，第二轮为1队和2队进行比赛，第3轮则为1队和3队进行角逐。最后，得分较高的两组获得进入决赛的资格，并决出冠军到底花落谁家。

In order to maintain the fairness, justice, and interestingness of the game, this campus basketball game adopted a round-robin points system. It means that three teams will compete with each other in rotation. The preliminary was divided into three rounds. In the first round, team 2 and 3 competed with each other. In the second round, team 1 and 2 competed. And in the third round, team 1 and 3. Finally, the two teams with higher scores are eligible to enter the final competition and compete for the championship.

这次比赛，3队取得了知名的优势，但其他两队的突出表现也吸引了所有人的目光。作为一项较为激烈的体育活动，竞争在所难免。但与此同时，同学们在队内和队外都能相互配合，相互理解。大家在共同磨练篮球技艺的同时，也磨练着团队协作的精神，加深了相互间的友谊。

In this game, although team 3 got the most points, the outstanding performance of team 1 and team 2 also attracted everyone's attention. As an intense sporting activity, competition is inevitable. However, at the same time, students cooperated and understood each other both inside and outside their teams. In addition to improving their basketball skills together, everyone also developed team spirit and deepened their friendship simultaneously.

赛场上，转身、超越、投篮，看似绚烂而流畅，却也离不开同学们平日里挥洒的汗水。每一次练习时，总是希望能够离篮筐近一点，再近一点。正是这种追求卓越的韧劲，造就了比赛中的一次次突破。

On the field, turning around, breaking through, and shooting. All these actions seemed so smooth. However, we cannot imagine how much time and energy the students invested in daily practicing. Each time, all of them tried their best to be closer to the basket. It was this perseverance in pursuit of excellence that created breakthroughs in the game.

本次校园篮球赛虽然暂时告一段落，但同学们的运动热情丝毫没有减退。在接下来的运动会中，大家更将秉承着美达菲集体、正直、尊重、创造力、领导力和卓越的精神，超越自我，共创佳绩!

Although the campus basketball game came to an end temporarily, the students' enthusiasm for sports did not diminish at all.
