Remember? Plays hard, breath stopped, use sweat and tears dribbled down from our face to prove to the world: our youth are the most beautiful. We, how can we forget? All in all, in retrospect, vividly, like an old movie playing in front of us, desultory ...... but Mingyuan, still unchanged, still beautiful. Look forward to the future! 胡濛加：

在铭远学习生活的日子，让我映象最深的就是全校的趣味运动会，在皮划艇比赛中，我看到了各班男生齐心协力推动女生前进;在跳长绳的训练中，大家不断磨合，只为打破纪录;在障碍接力跑比赛中，每个同学都发挥自己的优势和长处，争取在自己的50米赛道上取得**，为其他队友赢得时间;在短跑100米和自由泳蛙泳的比赛中，每个铭远的个体精英也都发动了全身心的力量，为班集体争取荣誉;从个体到集体，运动会锻炼的是我们的合作力和团结心，这也正是铭远学生必须具备的素养。铭远还有很多展现学生青春风采、考验心态与能力的社会实践，这些课外活动，锻炼了体质，激活了生命，弘扬了个性，而收获的，都是一张张成功喜悦的笑脸和迈向健康人生的精神风貌。

MENGJIA HU

During living and learning in Ming Yuan, The most impressive is the school's fun games, in canoeing competition, I saw boys make concerted efforts to push girls forward in each class; duing training long jump rope, we constantly running just in order to break the record; in the obstacle relay race competition, each student's show strengths and advantages to fight on their own 50-meter track to get the first, to gain time for other teammates; in the sprint 100 meters breaststroke and freestyle swimming competition, each individual elite in Ming Yuan also put full strength, for the honor of the class; from the individual to the collective, we developed our cooperation and solidarity, which are Ming Yuan asked student must have. 每位铭远新高一的同学，都会经历一次难忘的美国游学之旅。还记得我们2015级新生在赴美游学的一个月中，先是在美国历史悠久的中学接受英语、历史、地理等语言文化课程的学习，之后又参观哈佛大学、麻省理工学院、耶鲁大学、西点军校，加州大学洛杉矶分校、南加州大学等不同类型的世界名校，这给我们带来了强烈的震撼，仿佛大家都经过了一次学术的洗礼。同时大家还去了旧金山、波士顿、纽约、华盛顿等地，游览了好莱坞、环球影城、迪斯尼乐园和海洋世界，也参加了当地的公益活动，一个月的学习时长虽然短暂，但同学们都和美方老师建立了良好的师生关系，从作为陌生人到成为美国家庭中的一份子，从不敢交流沟通到与外国家长相互了解，从各种生活的不习惯到游刃有余地适应美国生活，所有的酸甜苦辣都代表着一张经历、一次成长。出国游学是铭远学子步入国际教育的**课，也是会令我们终生受益的难忘旅程。

Each new Grade 10 classmate in Ming Yuan will experience an unforgettable study tour trip to the United States. Remember our 2015 freshmen month study tour to the United States, at first, learn English, history, geography, language and culture courses in United States high school which has a long history, and later to visit different types of famous universities such as Harvard University, MIT, Yale, West Point, the University of California at Los Angeles, University of Southern California, which brings us a strong shock, as if we had been finished an academic baptism.
