上海铭远双语高级中学美食研究社——烹饪大师

2017年,高二IB八名学生正式成立了上海铭远双语高级中学美食研究社。味蕾,为品尝美食;嗅觉,为感知鲜香。创造一场场视觉味觉的盛宴,是全体美研社人的目标。

Mingyuan Bilingual School’s Gourmet Research Club was founded by eight11th grade students back in 2017.Taste buds, for tasting delicious food; smell, for the perception unami and fragrance; creating a feast of visual taste set the goal of our club.

我社在每周一及周三4:25准时开启美食巡航之旅,届时我们会迎来一些特殊嘉宾,与我们共同分享。

We usually start our food cruise around 4:25pm on Monday and Wednesday,along with some honorable guests to present.

美研社已成功制作了意大利面及披萨。每次社团活动前,我们都会提前在网络上搜索食谱,在总结归类后我们绘制了一份属于自己的食谱。

Gourmet Club has successfully baked pastaand pizza. Ahead of each event, we would run the search of recipes on the Internet and make a recipe of our own after summarizing and classifying the ocean of available recipes.

我们提前制作好披萨的面饼,在其上进行DIY设计。韧劲满满的面饼被诱人的番茄酱料覆盖,撒上培根,最后铺上满满的芝士,送入烤箱进行烘烤。

We would make the pizza dough in advance and some “DIY” designs--the chewy pastries were covered with tempting tomato sauce, sprinkled with bacon, and topped with cheese, to put into the oven.

在制作披萨当天,正遇上我校学术主任俞慧林老师到访社团活动地点8号楼,许是缘分嘉许,我们一起为俞老师庆祝他的生日,共享了我们亲手制作的美式披萨。畅谈,庆生,祝福交织编绘成一幅师生相融的画面。在此刻我们之间不仅只是师生,更是挚友。

Upon the day of making the pizza, we had an honor to run into Mr. Yu, huilin, our Academic Dean, paying us a visit at No. 8 building, where our club activities were held and hosted. While chewing our American-flavored pizza, he told us that day was his birthday. We not only shared the pizza altogether, but celebrated his birthday with lots of blessings and in-depth talking, as if we were more than teachers and students, but long-time friends indeed.

本学期,为美研社在我校得到传承,我们经考虑后向全体新生进行招新活动,很希望有新的血液加入,共同为美研社的目标与意义发展。

For the purpose of carrying forward the legacy of our Gourmet Club, we would host a recruiting event for all the new students.
