Since I came to Mingyuan high school, 3 weeks has past, during the 3 weeks, I experienced a lot, knew more about my students, the school and my colleagues. What touched my heart most deeply was the flag-raising ceremony.

This week, we hosted the flag-raising ceremony, at first, I wondered whether I should tell my students how to do and prepare everything for them, after I assigned this task to Chloe, she promised a successful flag-raising ceremony, could I be relieved? I have no idea, but I knew, no matter what would happen, as their homeroom teacher, my responsibility is to ensure that they learn from what they have done.

In the evening right before the flag-raising day, I went to the school to see their rehearsal, after the rehearsal, I wasrelieved completely, not because they were well practiced, but they participated enthusiastically, and the ceremony was well-organized, everybody knew his or her responsibility and tried to do it well.

From the flag-raising ceremony, I have more confidence in my students, they have gotten a foot in the door, no matter what difficulties they will confront, I trust deeply nothing will stand in the way of their success.They work as a team, help each other like brothers and sisters in a family do.
