2018年10月19日，上海铭远双语高级中学第四届运动会召开。The 4th Games of Mingyuan Bilingual High School was held on October 19th.

校长宣布运动会正式开幕后，运动员代表和裁判代表进行了庄严的宣誓。

After the principal announced the official opening of the sports meeting, the athlete representatives and the referee representatives made a solemn oath.

伴随着响亮的口号，各个班级列队依次走过**台，展示着青春的朝气和自强不息、拼搏向上的运动精神。Along with the loud slogan, each class lined up in turn through the rostrum, demonstrating the spirit of youth,self-improvement and hard work.

开幕仪式后运动会正式开始 ，运动健儿们在操场上挥洒汗水，奋勇拼搏。“一分耕耘，一分收获”，比赛前的充分准备更是为他们添砖加瓦。After the opening ceremony, the sports meeting officially began. The athletes sweated on the playground and fought hard. "One point of hard work, one point of harvest", the full preparation before the game is to add to them.

他们奋力前冲的样子被定格在了相机里，他们拼搏的姿态印在了我们的心里。此起彼伏的呐喊声是我们的祝福与喝彩。不放弃是你们的信仰，也是我们的信仰。运动员们，飞吧!翅膀属于你们。老师和同学们在你们身后为你们加油!The way they struggled forward was fixed in the camera, and their hard-working gestures were printed in our hearts.The shouts of one after another are our blessings and cheers. Not giving up is your faith, but also our faith. Athletes, fly! The wings belong to you. The teachers and classmates cheer for you behind you!
