在八月的炎炎夏日，上海铭远双语高级中学2018级高一新生来到奉贤区少年军校参加军训训练。In the hot August of this summer, the freshman of grade 2018 of our school came to the Juvenile Military Academy of Fengxian District for military training.

军训能培养学生的集体主义、爱国主义和革命英雄主义精神，增强学生组织纪律观念，培养艰苦奋斗的作风，提高学生的综合素质。培养和磨炼青少年果断、勇敢、顽强、自制和坚韧不拔的优良意志品质。Military training can cultivate students' spirit of collectivism，patriotism and revolutionary heroism, strengthen students' concept of organization and discipline, develop the style of hard work and improve students' comprehensive quality. It will foster the good volitional qualities of young people, such as decisiveness, bravery, tenacity, self-control and perseverance.

同学们整装待发，信心满满地期待着赶赴军训营地。The students are ready to go to the militarytraining camp with confidence.

我校学生在礼堂按教官的要求精神十足地站着，迎接军训开营典礼。The students are standing up in the auditorium,in the spirit of the instructors, for the military training ceremony.

学生们在风雨操场进行站军姿，转向，跨步，敬礼，原地踏步训练。Students are training in standing posture,turning, striding, saluting and standing still in the playground.

同学们晚上集体端坐着观看阅兵仪式，接受军训具有国防意义的教育。Students are sitting up in the evening to watch the parade and receive national defense education.

通过一天的军训训练，同学们普遍的感觉都是一个字“累”，手脚累，全身都累。但是，同学们在累的背后，更充满了对接下来几天军训生活的期待。我校学生因**天的队列表现出色得到加分，更增强了要在剩下几天军训中保持优秀的信念。预祝同学们在后续的军训生活中有更多精彩的表现!Through a day of military training, students generally felt a word "tired", tired hands and feet, the whole body tired. However, behind the tired, students are more full of the next military training life expectations. The students got bonus points for their outstanding performance on the first day, which further strengthened their belief to maintain excellent performance in the military training in the remaining days. I wish the students more wonderful performance in the following military training life!
